About the Job:

Join our nonprofit organization and help make a positive environmental and community impact! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to assist with our online sales and recycling operations.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day flow of online orders - photographing and listing products, preparing shipments, and working hands-on with donated electronics. You’ll test, clean, and post items for sale online, while also helping sort recyclable materials to support our sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack, label, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
Photograph and research items for online listings.
Clean, test, and prepare electronic devices for resale.
Wipe computers and install operating systems when needed.
Assist customers during drop-offs, including loading and unloading items.
Sort and organize electronics for recycling.
Answer phone calls and provide friendly, helpful communication.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

Experience in online sales or computer repair/troubleshooting preferred.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills and systems.
Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass a background check.

Position Details:

Job Type: Part Time or Full-time (W-2 employee). Both positions are open.
Hours: 40 to 20 hours per week. Both are options are open.
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
